Bipolar patterns
You will see whether your answers cluster around heavy low stretches, unusually driven stretches, or sharp changes between them. This is not a bipolar test, and it is not a diagnosis.
This is a reflection of your answers, not a diagnosis or a medical test. It cannot tell you whether you have a condition. A licensed clinician is the person who can assess that. If you might act on thoughts of suicide, or you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 in the US, or use your local emergency number.
You will see which of these fits you
- Heavy stretches. Low mood or low energy that hangs on.
- Driven stretches. A sped-up stretch where you take on more than usual.
- Sharp changes. The shift between those stretches is steep.
