About us
See a habit you already have.
Meridian is a library of short quizzes about ordinary life: how you start work, make a choice, learn, concentrate, and get along with people. You agree or disagree. You leave with a name for the habit, and the other scores beside it.

Our mission
A result you can recognize, and use this week.
The point is not a type you have to keep. It is the moment you see the habit, notice whether a second one was close, and know the one thing to watch.
Most personality sites hand you a label and a long report about a kind of person. We would rather name the move you just marked: how you start, how you decide, how you stay with people. Then you can try a different move on Thursday, and take the quiz again.
What we hold to
A quiz is worth taking when you can finish it, read the result without a glossary, and know what that result is allowed to mean.
Short enough to finish
Most quizzes are six plain statements and take about three minutes. You can start without an account. If you leave, the unfinished quiz stays in this browser tab.
Written in ordinary words
You mark each line from “Not me” to “That’s me.” The result is a habit you can say out loud, such as “Clear plans” or “Start, then plan,” not a code you have to look up.
The other scores stay
The highest bar is the habit that fit these answers. The rest stay on the page, so you can see a clear lean or a close second. One sitting does not erase the others.
A limit you can trust
A result is not a diagnosis, a hiring test, or a measure of worth. The written note tells you how the habit shows up, and the one thing to watch. It does not tell you who you are forever.
Who we are
We write the quizzes. We also say what they are not.
The original tests are ours. We write the statements, the names, and the notes in the same plain voice. We do not publish population norms, percentiles, or a count of users, and we do not invent them.
Three forms are not ours. The PHQ-9, the GAD-7, and the six-question ASRS v1.1 screener are published, and we score them the way their authors specify. They stay free, including the score and the band. They are a reason to talk with a clinician, not proof that you have a condition.
The pages on autism, bipolar patterns, borderline traits, trauma, and narcissism are original reflections. They are not those copyrighted questionnaires, and they are not a diagnosis.
How a result is made
You can see the shape of it before you start. Nothing in the score is hidden behind a type name.
- 1. You answer
Each statement is a small choice. There is no trick question and no timer.
- 2. We score the habit
Each habit becomes a number out of 100. The highest is the result. Within 12 points, we call the next one close.
- 3. You get a note
The free page is the name and the bars. Kept, at $8 a month, adds how it shows up at work, with people, and what to watch.
Our promise
Your answers are not a product we sell.
We do not sell your answers. An account stores your email, your plan, and the result of a test you finish while logged in. It does not store each statement you marked. Card numbers stay with Stripe. You can ask us to delete the account from the contact page.
Meridian is not a medical service. If you might act on thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 in the US, or use your local emergency number.
