Login cookie

meridian_session is set when you log in. It is an httpOnly cookie, sent only to this site, and it lasts 30 days. It is how the server knows the account. Logging out deletes it. The site cannot keep you signed in without it.

Unfinished test

While a test is in progress, this browser stores your place in session storage under a key that starts with meridian:. It is cleared when you finish, when you retake, or when the tab’s session ends. It is not sent to us as a separate record.

Stripe

Checkout and the billing page run on Stripe’s domain. Stripe may set its own cookies there to keep the payment page secure. Those cookies are described in Stripe’s policy, not stored as part of your Meridian account.

What we do not set

No analytics product, no advertising network, and no third-party marketing tag runs on this site.

Turning cookies off

You can delete cookies in the browser. Blocking the login cookie means you will need to log in again, and a test in progress can disappear with the tab. Questions go through the contact page.
