What a quiz on this site is for
12 Aug 2026
A few plain statements, a habit you can name, and a limit on what that name is allowed to mean.
A few statements
Most quizzes are six lines. You mark how true each one is, from disagree to agree. Tendencies is a little longer. You do not need an account to start, or to see the theme and the scores.
The statements are about ordinary life: how you start work, make a choice, learn, concentrate, and get along with people. If a line does not fit, the middle of the scale is a real answer.
A habit you can name
The result is a habit, such as plain feedback or a long quiet stretch. It is a reading of this sitting. It is not a four-letter type, and it is not a label you have to live inside.
The point is recognition. You already start drafts a certain way. The quiz gives that way a name and shows what else scored.
Where it stops
A result is not a diagnosis, a hiring test, or a measure of worth. Three forms on the site are published and scored the way their authors specify: the PHQ-9, the GAD-7, and the ASRS v1.1 screener. They are still not a diagnosis.
The pages on autism, bipolar patterns, borderline traits, trauma, and narcissism are original reflections. They are not those copyrighted questionnaires. If a score worries you, talk with a clinician. If you might act on thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 in the US.
