Why these pages are not a diagnosis

A high bar is a reason to pay attention. It is not proof that you have a condition.

The published three

The PHQ-9 asks about low mood, sleep, appetite, energy, and related problems over the last two weeks. The GAD-7 asks about worry, restlessness, and trouble relaxing over the last two weeks. The ASRS v1.1 screener asks six questions about attention over the past six months.

They are scored the way their authors specify. A band is a prompt to talk with a clinician if the score concerns you. It is not a chart note and not an identity.

The original reflections

Autism traits, bipolar patterns, BPD traits, trauma stress, and narcissism traits were written for this site. They are not the copyrighted questionnaires used in clinics. A result there is a cluster in your answers: social effort, a driven stretch, fear of losing people, staying on guard, wanting admiration.

If the cluster matches a hard season, treat it as a reason to ask a qualified person. Do not treat the page as the person.

If you might act on it

If you might act on thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 in the US, or use your local emergency number. Do that before you retake anything.

Meridian is not a medical service. The quizzes can sit beside a real conversation. They cannot replace one.
