Core Theory

A result is one sitting

The page reads the statements you just answered. A different afternoon can move the bars.

This tab, these answers

An unfinished quiz stays in this browser tab until you finish or clear it. Scoring happens on the server when you submit. The result is tied to those answers, not to a permanent file of who you are.

An account stores your email and your plan. It does not need your answers to show you the free result.

A different afternoon

Sleep, a fight, a deadline, and a good morning all change how true a sentence feels. If you retake a quiz next month and the lead habit moves, both readings can be honest.

Treat a big swing as information. Treat a stable lead, across two sittings, as a habit you can plan around.

Retake when you want

Retake from the result, or start again from the library. There is no waiting period. If you are retaking to force a flattering bar, you will notice. The statements are plain enough to catch that.

One honest sitting beats three performed ones.
